Found that with Server Installation of  "LibreOffice 3.6.0beta1  French UI/ German Locale [Build-ID: 1f1cdd8] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) in menu 'File' for Calc, Writer. Not effected are DRAW, Impress, Math and File menu in LibO start Center.

Same with German UI, others not tested.

In Menu I see "Open ..." instead of "Ouvrir ..."

I did not check where the problem started

@ Rainer: IMHO UIs are not fully translated, so PLEASETEST with beta 3..

Changed component to localisation

No longer reproducible with "LibreOffice 3.6.1.2  German/French/Spanish UI [Build-ID:  e29a214] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) for Writer, Calc. So WFM!

I did not check this with rc1, but I believe it has already been fixed there.
