XUbuntu 12.04 LTS
HP NC4000 laptop with video based on ATI R200 chip
xserver-xorg-video-radeon              1:6.14.99~git20111219.aacbd629-0ubuntu2 X.Org X server -- AMD/ATI Radeon display driver
1) When I shutdown system the ending screen with XUbuntu logo is very buggy coloreed (color palete is completele damaged)
2) Neverwinget Nights game
Menu is working normaly but user interface (character screen/controls) is blinking. The same problem I have with R300 driver classics (Radeon 9600 X600 X500) with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

If I disable KMS all working perfectly

Nikolay Morozov, please don't stack multiple issues into one report.

Despite this, given you are using an old version of xorg stack, and radeon driver, freedesktop isn't the appropriate venue for this.

Instead, it will help immensely if you filed a new report with Ubuntu by ensuring you have the package xdiagnose installed, and that you click the Yes button for attaching additional debugging information running the following from a terminal:
ubuntu-bug xorg
