Hi,
I have two monitors, the left is 1600x1200 and the right is 1280x1024.

Notifications are displayed on the right-most monitor but are displayed too low,
at 1600 pixels down minus the height of the popup it's self, and therefore not
visible.

The notification daemon needs to figure out which monitor it is going to display
the window on and calculate the position based on it's resolution, and not
assume that all monitors are the same.
