Gen3 doesn't have gpu reset implemented, hence the error message (yeah, it's not too informative). But since commit e080b915ecea3fff3e0d8d380a221677add419a5 Author: Daniel Vetter <daniel.vetter@ffwll.ch> Date: Sat Jun 16 18:29:44 2012 +0200 drm/i915: fixup hangman rebase goof-up (on -queued) the kernel should properly ignore this error if the gpu hang is simulated with ZZ_hangman (but only if the reset fails because it's not implemented, not when it fails for other reasons). Closing old verified. |
