Description Mikko Tiihonen 2005-11-29 04:52:08 UTC
The xorg 6.8.2 release did not support the hot keys of my keyboard. With the
following patch I was able to get all of the hot keys to work nicely.

Could you please try "microsoftpro" variant - it is superset of your definition?
Comment 3 Mikko Tiihonen 2006-04-13 03:11:53 UTC
Yes the microsoftpro seems to work just fine now. At least I see all the correct
keys in xev in X safe mode. My patch is thus not needed and by looking at it,
all keys are exactly already in the microsoftpro.

It seems that I'm having only trouble with gnome keyboard management doing
something strange and creating by my own type I managed to get it working by
accident.

Ok, so I am closing this one.
