Does this issue still persist for you also with the latest release of LibreOffice? Can anybody else confirm this issue? Same problem in 4.0.1.2 also. I did some more testing. Apparently it is important where is the cursor before clicking on picture. open "original.odt" (cursor is already before second picture) click on second picture replace second picture close and save open again and third, fourth and fifth pictures are gone open "original.odt" (cursor is already after third picture) click on second picture replace second picture close and save open again and fourth and fifth picture are gone swf demo is fore first example (cursor is already before second picture) Created attachment 76646 [details]

Does 4.1.3.2 change anything for the better? Setting to NEEDINFO until more detail is provided. After providing the requested info, please reset this bug to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks :) I now tested in version "4.1.4.2" and can not reproduce the problem :) So it looks like it was fixed and can be closed as far as I am concerned.
