Description Francois Tigeot 2012-08-10 11:37:11 UTC
LibreOffice somtimes fails to build with the error "No fonts could be found on the system".

It is unclear what exactly is causing this but the problem is 100% reproductible
in clean bulk build environments.

The error seems to be triggered by the sw_swdoc_test unit test.
Comment 1 Francois Tigeot 2012-08-10 11:40:24 UTC
I have found error reports for Linux, FreeBSD and DragonFly so far.

The platform set seems to be limited to Unix/X11 environments.

Yeah, this is true. One needs to install at least one font alright to get those tests to pass.

@Caolán McNamara:
Is it enough to close this report or do you plan any further actions?
Comment 4 Caolán McNamara 2013-03-12 13:17:11 UTC
yeah, not going to fix this. Longer term was hoping to include a special super-simple test-font for build time cross-platform layout regression, but that's just a pipe dream for now.
