Attachments: test case for demonstrating problem with numbering

Description sasha.libreoffice 2012-08-31 09:10:54 UTC
Created attachment 66393 [details]
test case for demonstrating problem with numbering

Description of problem: I have added numbers of rows in one column in Calc using formula =1+A1 and drag&fill. It works. But when I deleting some row, formulas becomes #REF! beginning from deleted row and downwards.

How to reproduce: open attachment, select row 10 by clicking on row head on left edge of screen, right mouse click and select "Delete rows" from context menu

My proposal: add adjusting of formula reference in row below to deleted
Comment 1 A (Andy) 2012-12-26 20:27:22 UTC
reproducible with LO 3.6.4.3. (Win7 Home, 64bit)

I would agree, that if it is technical possible that LO would recognise this reference and e.g. adjust the formular to the row "above", because this is a relative and not an absolute reference.
Or maybe has somebody else another solution or comment, why this should better not be done? Maybe there are some reasons against it?
