SystemdService=polkit.service is always there in data/org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.service.in

However, it should only be there when polkit.service is installed, which is when systemd support is enabled. Otherwise, dbus is confused:

dbus[2351]: [system] Activation via systemd failed for unit 'polkit.service':
Unit polkit.service failed to load: No such file or directory. See system logs
and 'systemctl status polkit.service' for details.

TBH, I think this is a bug in dbus-daemon (please add me as Cc if you file it) but I'm fine with working around it here too.
