Adding an "empty" sysconfig file sounds like a sane request to me, this should be easy for anyone to write a patch for. So; patches welcome! I am not convinced it is such a good idea. - the vdagentd arguments are mostly for debugging purposes - empty files to be open/read at boot is recipe for slower boot time - the sysconfig files are well-known and documented, it's not something specific to vdagent OK, so what about installing the sample file to /usr/share/doc?
