Description Thomas H.P. Andersen 2012-10-11 21:44:48 UTC
I would have just fixed this up on the wiki, but I am not allowed to make changes.

For this page: http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/multiseat

A couple of typos fixes:
"In can" -> "It can"
"this be visible" -> "this is visible"
"upstream learnt proper" -> "upstream learns proper"

Generally I think it would be nicer to replace "systemd-loginctl" with just "loginctl" right?

Is the following sentence really still valid? "Well, with one exception: USB sticks can be assigned to a seat, but this is not fully fledged out yet." It conflicts with what I read at http://0pointer.de/blog/projects/multi-seat.html

This also seems outdated: "The D-Bus interface is currently not documented, but will be." logind's dbus seems pretty well documented here: http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/systemd/logind

The wiki page is actually editable by anyone, but you need to create an account first! Please create a user, and then go ahead and make the corrections yourself! Thanks!

And yupp "systemd-loginctl" is an older name of "loginctl", and not used anymore. THis really needs updating.

Hmm, OK, so I made all the requested changes on my own, probably easier, after all.

However, there's one exception, I can't make the "upstream learnt proper" → "upstream learns proper" change, as the fdo wiki refuses that change with an incorrect spam check...

I did try to edit it myself but I mistook the error message about "write" as missing write access. My apologies.

All fixed now. Thanks!
