Accessing bug or attachment in bugzilla gives 500 Internal Server Error intermittently.

At the time of writing, it only appeared with anonymous access (that is, without login), and it occurred every fourth page load (1, 2, 3, boom, 1, 2, 3, boom).

But before this, if I remembered correctly, it appeared every second loading (good, boom, good, boom).
