I did confirm this using LibreOffice 4.0.0.3 and LibreOffice 4.0.1.0+ on Ubuntu 12.04. In the first case, the Table of contents showed an empty 2 row table. In testing with the next version of LibreOffice, nothing showed up under the Contents. The pdf from the website shows the correct result. I see no content at all in the TOC in LibreOffice 402rc1, 401, 365, 357 ... |
