Bug reproduced steps:

1. /home/MPEG2_conformance/simple_player_mpeg2 BR00500K.525_HALF.MPG -f yuv420 -vfwf ref.yuv
2. LD_PRELOAD=/home/MPEG2_conformance/i965_drv_video_hook_op.so mplayer -nosound -fps 1000 -vo vaapi -va vaapi BR00500K.525_HALF.MPG
3. /home/AVC_conformance/ssim_op 352 240 118 0 0 dump.yuv ref.yuv 2>2.ssim.2 >2.ssim.1

from 19th frame to 29th frame, the U_ssim and Y_ssim value is lower than 0.9999, but Y_ssim value is higher than 0.9999.
