Enabling postproc effects in 0 A.D. ( postproc = true
in ~/.config/0ad/config/local.cfg ) results in this rendering corruption:

Tested by me on RV530/r300g with current git and another user on Radeon HD 4670/r600g, see:

Retest with latest please. I do not see this issue on latest.

Indeed, I no longer have this issue on r300 - RV530.
