A draft patch for ffmpeg in mplayer vaapi

The test clip is coded in multi slices, however mplayer-vaapi only passes the first slice parameter to driver.  The attached draft patch is only applicable to ffmpeg in mplayer-vaapi.

Test OK on HSW/IVB/SGB after add the attachment mplayer patch.
