There is garbage when playing the stream.


Steps:
--------------
1. xinit&
2. mplayer -nosound -fps 1 -va vaapi -vo vaapi /home/MPEG2_conformance/bitstreams/ibm-bw.BITS

It isn't garbage.  You can check the file with a tool.

BTW I can't find the file Tek-5-long-conf4.bit

pls. get the file from /media/Fedora.FrameWork/MPEG2_conformance/bitstreams.1130/
