to Libreoffice 3.6.3, Text width scaling do well in writer.

from 3.6.4 to 4.0.0.1
Text width scaling does not effect in writer.
I pictured this problem...

Unable to reproduce. Please test with latest version. If the problem persists, set to UNCONFIRMED.
