1.Testing the below mode on DELL-U2410f monitor,the screen shows not full.

CRTS(3):[0]  1280x800 60 1280 1352 1480 1680 800 803 809 831 0x9 0x40 83500

2.You can see the pic and the dmesglog on the attachment.

3.But the same mode on the other monitor like DELL-SX2210b,it shows full.

No idea why exactly this happens, but since VGA is analog and has no means to tell the screen the horizontal resolution, it can happen. This should be fixable by telling the screen to readjust automatically (or manually if the auto-option doesn't help).

If this also happens on digital inputs its a real issue, but for VGA I'll shrug this off as somewhat expected, especially on cheaper hw.
