The error in the top of the table screen presentation

In release 3.6.5 the upper table is opened correctly (left column width is approximately 20%, the rest - the width of the right-hand column).
In release 4.0.0.3 left column width of about 70-80%, and in the right column there is very little space, so the height of the table is too large.
Operating System: Windows XP
Version: 4.0.0.3 release

Thanks for reporting!

I can confirm this behavior using Linux Mint 14 x64 and LibreOffice 4.0.0 release. But I can't reproduce this anymore using Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: c16e9f4ed97f65357e9986f46ad88ee9f223799); Therefore this regression is already fixed.

This bug will be probably also fixed in LibreOffice 4.0.1. If not, please feel free to REOPEN this bug. Following https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan#4.0_release version 4.0.1 will be released somewhere next week (if there is not a blocker found).

Kind regards,
Joren
