Works fine for me in: Win 7x64 Ultimate Version 4.0.1.1 (Build ID: 2c0c17a6e4bee0ee28131ea4bdc47edc700d659) I'm planning to update to Win 7x64 Home Premium, but don't know when I'll get to it. When I do I'll test for the bug again. All three character formatting- using the icon, going to Format-> Character -> Background and going to Format -> Character -> font effects - work for me. Platform: Windows 8 x64 Version: 4.0.1.2 (Build ID: 84102822e3d61eb989ddd325abf1ac077904985) The bug is unconfirmed in Win 7 & 8, but so far no one has tried to reproduce it in Vista. Problem description: Changing font color from Formatting toolbar doesn't work as expected. Steps to reproduce: 1. Highlight text 2. Go to font-color-change icon (the large"A" over a colored bar) in toolbar and double-click on desired color Current behavior: Font does not show selected color in .odt file, but does show it in an exported .pdf. Expected behavior: The new font color should show up in the .odt. I note that in ver 3.6.5 all three color-change icons did not work properly; in ver 4.0.0.3 the other two (paragraph background and selected-text background do work, but the font-color icon still does not. (I'm running Vista xx64; the bug page seems misformatted & I could choose only "All" OSs.) Operating System: All Version: 4.0.0.3 release
