Can you try to disable the blnsrv.exe service? (you can delete the exe) It seems to be causing some stability issues, so i'd like to check first if it's causing these problems too. Thanks a lot for the quick response. This is not the reason in my case as I only have the Balloon driver installed but not the service itself. Any further things I can try? But then, if I undestand correctly I will lose auto resolution resizing to the window and Clipboard sharing right?, which are the exact reasons why I'm using spice. Thanks a lot! I mean, try removing it, and see if the bug is gone, this way we'll have a better idea of why this bug happen. Once you have tested that, you can reinstall it to get c&p/resolution back. It's just for testing that I'm suggesting removing it ;) Hi again, sorry for my soooo late response I was crazily busy. I tested disabling the vioserial driver and now effectively it is able to suspend properly. Reenabling it as expected reverts the problem back. Another issue I dectected (I don't know if related) is that when Windows 7 turns off the "monitor" after a period of time th e VM crashes, disabling PM facilities, i.e., instructing windows not to suspend the monitor solves the issue. Thanks a lot for looking at the issue.
