Yangwei, have you got the machine now? Does it only impact HSW? Created attachment 76796 [details]

Our machine is back, and I append the dmesg here.
(In reply to comment #1) > Yangwei, have you got the machine now? > > Does it only impact HSW? yes, it's only found on HSW. We have tested all platforms in 3.8.2 release, and haven't find such problem. I have retested other platforms like : ILK and G45, and haven't find such issue. I list our HSW platform "lspci" info here, I hope it's useful for you. lspci: -------------------------- 00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corporation Device 0c04 (rev 06) 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Device 0416 (rev 06) 00:03.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation Device 0c0c (rev 06) 00:14.0 USB Controller: Intel Corporation Device 8c31 (rev 03) 00:19.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Device 153a (rev 03) 00:1a.0 USB Controller: Intel Corporation Device 8c2d (rev 03) 00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation Device 8c20 (rev 03) 00:1c.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corporation Device 8c1c (rev d3) 00:1d.0 USB Controller: Intel Corporation Device 8c26 (rev 03) 00:1f.0 ISA bridge: Intel Corporation Device 8c4f (rev 03) 00:1f.2 SATA controller: Intel Corporation Device 8c03 (rev 03) 00:1f.3 SMBus: Intel Corporation Device 8c22 (rev 03) Daniel, any comment?
