Problem description: 

in the menu (Tools - Footnotes/Endnotes - Footnotes)there is no option to remove the pages numbers in the Continuation notice (End of the footnote/Start of next page)

Steps to reproduce:
1. an option for inserting ( pages numbers in the Continuation notice)
2. ....
3. ....

Current behavior:
inserting pages numbers in the Continuation notice
Expected behavior:
Suggestion:
An option in  (Format - Page – Footnote) under (Separator Line) for the Continuation notice (End of the footnote/Start of next page) with page number and without
