Several users (enough to be annoyed) post their bugzilla comments using their mail client, and most times with a useless full quote. Additional disadvantage of using the mail client: user has no overview concerning latest bug status, available attachments and so on.

Everybody should always visit the Bugzilla bug page to see current status and then use the Bugzilla web page to create the comment.

From other projedts I have geen used to see the Bugzilla mails starting like 

Do not reply to this email. You can add comments to this bug at
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=62929>

All Bug mails from FDO Bugzilla also should start with that hint-

If you agree please forward to Product=FDO - Component=Bugzilla for a fix .

when have you been nominated for ESC? Why do you forward an UNCONFIRMED Bug to sitewranglers? 

Before we bother them with enhancement requests we should be absolute sure that we know what we want. 

Be sure, for anything I do I have good reasons, if you think you should correct one of my decisions, you should lave a comment.

Rainer,

am I understanding you correctly that this is something you want to discuss internally?  If so, please change it back to the previous product and component so it doesn't show up for me.  Else, please add a comment saying what you want and I'll take a look at getting it fixed up.

You can set you'remail as a No-Reply email by following given below steps:-

1. Create a mail address as  noreply@xyz.com email box then Go to Communications > Mail Administration > Mailboxes and click the Add Mailbox button.
2. Create an Admin account using the noreply@xyz.com>set up an "Out of Office" message.
