Under http://cairographics.org/manual/cairo-Image-Surfaces.html#cairo-format-stride-for-width - the documentation for the cairo_format_stride_for_width function - there is an example of typical usage. This shows html code instead of marked-up C code. 

Appears in both IE and Firefox.

Patch that removes # markup, which doesn't seem to work here.

Suggested patch. Unless it's possible somehow to make this markup work here, but doesn't seem to be used elsewhere in <programlisting>s.
