Bug 61554 fixed slow blur for SNB & IVB, but I was told ILK is still suffering from the issue. I don't have the hw myself, but will provide test builds for folks who do.

just to clarify:

mesa 9.0.x is fine, mesa 9.1.1 regressed

I tested Timo's 9.1.1 packages yesterday on Intel Arrandale, and see the performance regression. I'm available for testing (and I know how to apply a patch, rebuild, etc.)
