I finally got it to build by installing libtool and running "autoreconf -fi && ./configure ..." I think it's still a bug though, if your build depends on autoconf, automake and libtool then configure step should probably check for them and fail if they're not present. |

Build is failing for me on every linux system, have issues with all releases of 9.X.X. The following is from an up to date fedora 17. "configure" appears to succeed but "make" immediately fails with complaints about autoconf. all output below. Note: I have autoconf, automake, ver 1.11 installed. I don't think autoconf should be running at all here, if it is it's the first build I have ever seen like this.
