Problem description: I use a Korean computer at work. I do not speak Korean. I downloaded the English (us) version of open-office. The installer was still in Korean, but i was able to hit all the "next buttons". Now the user interface is all in Korean. I cannot figure out how to change it to English. I figured that if I donwloaded the English version I would get the English version

Steps to reproduce:
1. Buy a computer with Korean Windows 7
2. Download the English LibreOffice
3. Attempt to install

Current behavior:
Its all in a language I cant read.

Expected behavior:
I to be in a language corresponding to the downbloaded version.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.2.2 release

User-Error, so NOTABUG.
I will submit a separate enhancement request for more instructive installation hints.

@reporter:
Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately you are wrong here, this is our Bug tracking system, not a helpdesk!
You can get assistance on
<http://ask.libreoffice.org/questions/>
or on the public users mailing list <users@libreoffice.org>, a mailing list from <http://www.documentfoundation.org/contribution/#lists> or

Hint concerning your problem:
Default installation will be done in OS language (that's intended), in Customer Installation (one of the first steps during installation process) you can select one or more different UI languages.
