The man pages for the common fontconfig troubleshooting utilities should
document the super-useful FC_DEBUG environment variables, which provides
information about the font matching process unavailable otherwise. Documentation
can be derived from the fcdbg.c file.

Added a lovely table of values that FC_DEBUG accepts to the fontconfig user
documentation (which ends up as the fonts-conf(5) man page).
