I am using Fedora 18 with Xfce 4.10.  I have a Creative Labs Sound Blaster CT4750 with a Creative chip CT5880 DCQ.

It is mis-identified as an Ensoniq card.  I experience various problems with sound levels for different streams, and have also experienced system crashes when two programs are playing sound.
