Random blocks will appear on scene while application is running.  Image provided to explain.  Appears to have occurred after commit dafd050883660a42b2902388826cfecbfc9b8b83

Does not occur with LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 flag

VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GK107M [GeForce GT 650M Mac Edition] (rev a1)

It does not appear to be hardware failure as it is not reproducible on my OSX partition.
