Win7x64 Ultimate.
Version 4.0.3.3 (Build ID: 0eaa50a932c8f2199a615e1eb30f7ac74279539)

- Created a link to another file with range name, works as expected.
=+'file:///C:/Users/_Test/Untitled1.ods'#Range

- The same link inside INDIRECT() function does not work.
=INDIRECT("'file:///C:/Users/_Test/Untitled1.ods'#Range
")

Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0

Platform :Ubuntu 14.04
