"One of the reasons this project is feasible at all, is that Wayland" -> comma is not needed as there is no pause when you read that sentence. The word "is" acts as the connector between the two parts of the sentence already.

"When the client is, it informs" -> I think there is an "done" missing from that sentence, e.g. "When the client is done it informs"
