Hi, I think you have an issue with the way you structure the Table of Content. When I edit the Index and go under the Entries (Entrées in French), on level 2, the structure shows Chapter Number Tab Entry Tab Page Number (with hyperlink from the beginning to the end). You have an extra Tab in your structure. So the changed Table of content styles in the Styles and Formatting window are applied but still the structure of the table takes the precedence. Remove the extra tabulation you have under level 2, 3, etc structure and you will get what you want.
