Sometimes when I open new window (firefox, console, generally any apps) then not
show this propetly . Runned program is on taskbar, but not maximized propetly
(still stay on small thumb on right-top corner). But if pressed F12 (Scale
plugin) - this window is showed but still in thumb. Because my english is poor I

What kind of hardware/driver are you running? 
Has it worked before?

Marking broken (status null/blank) bugs in xorg with no activity in a long time as fixed. Please reopen if you think it's necessary, but first do a search if a similar bug report is already filed and in a NEW/ASSIGNED state. These bugs do not currently show in most search results as they do not have any status.
