Josh and I would like to replace, for example, "XCBConnSetupSuccessRepRootsIter"
with "XCBSetupRootsIter"; "ConnSetupFailureRep" should be "SetupFailure"; etc.
We think this wouldn't be too hard on existing code, and would be way nicer for
new code.
