metacity allows the user to configure the window button layout in the
/apps/metacity/general/button_layout gconf key (defaulting to the compiz button
order of :minimize,maximize,close, but also allowing things like osX style
close,minimize,maximize:, etc).  It'd be nice if compiz's gnome-window-decorator
could do the same.
