For the four files(sony-ct1.bits/sony-ct2.bits/sony-ct3.bs/sony-ct4.bs), the decoding results showed frames count error. 
For example, one of the set was as follow:
Y SSIM extreme  = -0.063219	
Y SSIM average	= 0.031424
U SSIM extreme	= 0.000043
U SSIM average	= 0.094693
V SSIM extreme	= -0.071034
V SSIM average	= 0.062979
frame no	= 60
dumped frame no	= 334
lost frames     = -274
