uim-mana(mana.scm) does not seem to learn when we commit the string.
It is necessary to call mana-learn function (but API instructions is wrong in
README of mana :).

Proposal patch

A little dirty hack (I think it is better to re-design mana context and segment
context), but this works well.

Seems like fixed in r3400.
Can you confirm Tahara-san?  And if it is fine, please close this bug.
