Bug detailed description:

It causes [drm:i915_hangcheck_elapsed] *ERROR* stuck on bsd ring on ironlake with -queued,-fixed,-nightly kernel. It's a new igt case.
igt/gem_dummy_reloc_loop/bsd also has this issue.
