XCB does not yet support IPv6, and it should.

Jamey and I have now added IPv6 support to XCB, along with the appropriate
authorization support.

We still need to support IPv6 for XDM-AUTHORIZATION-1.

And XDM-AUTHORIZATION-1 support on IPv6 is now tested and pushed.
