Seems to work in master but wen you open that file it doesn't work see comment 10 in bug 64491 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 64491 *** This is not a duplicate. As stated in the description it also happens with no-SmartArt content. I've noticed that the issue is fixed by this pending change: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/6366 The anchor type is changed from "as character" to "to paragraph", but at least there is no data loss, that's good news. Besides I get no error when opening the generated .docx with Office 2007. I'll wait for the change to be merged and then I'll close this bug and open a new one for the anchor types if still needed. Created attachment 87016 [details] Test case Steps to reproduce: 1. Open attached document. Notice it contains one shape with anchor "as character". 2. Save as a .docx document. 3. Close and open the .docx you just saved. The document is empty. It also happens with groups of shapes anchored "as character", but it doesn't if the anchor type is different. Notice that this is the actual cause of imported docx SmartArt being removed from the documents when exported back (#64491).
