Description Germán Poo-Caamaño 2013-11-02 08:46:11 UTC
As reported in https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=710083

-----------------------------------------
Recently, I encountered a problem. I have a PDF document, but it can not be
displayed correctly from page 17. The pages seem to be distorted. I'm not sure
whether it's the corruption of the document or not, so I tested it using
Acrobat Reader and found nothing wrong. I will put the file here. Hope there
will be someone telling me what's wrong.
-----------------------------------------

The document is available at https://www.dropbox.com/s/qy3eiuk8i9rrtpj/answers.pdf (13MB).

Acroread shows page 17 right. Poppler master shows a black page.

mupdf-x11 also renders all pages black from p.17 ff.

Ghostscript (tested with v9.10 and 9.11 git-prerelease) is able render pages from p.17 ff "correctly".

The fact that MuPDF (which is a completely different PDF renderer implementation from Poppler and/or Ghostscript) also has the same problem seems to indicate that the file itself is not completely kosher.
