Description Roozbeh Pournader 2013-11-23 21:05:24 UTC
According to UTN #11 at http://www.unicode.org/notes/tn11/UTN11_4.pdf, the sequence <U+104B, U+1038> (SECTION + VISARGA) is valid and is used as a question mark. But HarfBuzz renders it with a dotted circle.

I need to test these this week on my Windows machine.

    [myanmar] Allow punctuation clusters

The spec and Uniscribe don't allow these, but UTN#11
specifically says the sequence U+104B,U+1038 is valid.
As such, allow all "P V" sequences. There's about
eight sequences that match that structure, but Roozbeh
thinks it's fine to allow all of them.

    Test case: U+104B, U+1038
