[PATCH] Add two more language codes for Norwegian.

I have attached a patch against current master that adds two more language codes for the Norwegian keyboard layout:

Norwegian Bokmål (nob)
Norwegian Nynorsk (nno)

Without this, applications that tries to lookup a keyboard layout for the language Norwegian Bokmål or Norwegian Nynorsk, instead of the macro-language Norwegian [2], would fail to find any.

We had this problem in Tails [1] greeter/login software, and adding these two language codes resolves the issue for us.

The Norwegian languages (bokmål and nynorsk) use the same keyboard layout [3].
