Here is a big problem to work on Writer after swiching the view back from Full Screen mode. All activated toolbars are missing after switch back!

How to reproduce:
1. Launch Writer. You will see some toolbars activated such as "Formatting" and "Standard" toolbars by default.
2. Click View > Full Screen
3. Click Full Screen On/Off button on upper left corner to switch back to normal mode.
4. All activated toolbars are missing.

Now the only way to solve the problem in one step is to restart Writer.

Expected result:
You should see those activated toolbars again as in the good old time.
