Fix a 'round title bar corner background should be transparent not black' 
problem when first painted. OK if resized etc..so just on first paint.

The attached patch, in WM_CREATE, forces the shaped region invalid and so it 
gets painted correctly when WM_PAINT is first entered.

P.S. applicable in 'multiwindow' mode only and has been a bug in Cygwin/X and 
Xming for ages!
