Description John 2013-12-27 08:35:23 UTC
HDMI audio is lost when resuming from system suspend. Can't test RCs because audio is not working at all (mouse, wlan and gpu acceleration too).

Last working kernel version: 3.4.X
First version bug appeared: 3.5
Last version bug appeared: still not resolved (3.13-RC5)

Hardware:
Gigabyte GA-MA790X-DS4 (BIOS F9)
AMD X2 3600+
Radeon 2600 PRO 512mb (ASUS)

Launchpad: Bug #1237105
Comment 1 John 2013-12-27 08:48:41 UTC
Explanation about RCs: I managed to test 3.5 mainline kernel successfully and bug is confirmed there. I couldn't test any 3.5-RC (1-7) version because something is corrupt so gpu acceleraton and hdmi audio (mouse and wlan too) are not working on RCs.

So I can't bisect the specific version where bug apeared between 3.5-RC1 and 3.5 mainline.

Can someone with the same hardware bisect the offending commit?
