When run webgl, reports "This  browser does not appear to support WebGL".
It happens on Ironlake with master branch. It doesn't happen on 1.14-branch.

The latest known good commit: 264fc3abe5f18341d0cf9ddb6766e10e4154e447
The latest known bad commit: 2ea973e12f5d954211e1d10085a4c74581b43aca

Run Chrome Verison: 27.0.1453.73

Reproduce steps:

1. go to https://www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/conformance-suites/1.0.2/webgl-conformance-tests.html run webgl case.

Test on the latest master branch, It works well. Close it.
